WARRANTY Disclaimer Limited Warranty – Harley Charley’s Psycho Customs warrants that lighting products sold herein, if operated and maintained under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. 

Manufacturer’s Warranty – Led Lights are covered by a lifetime warranty on product failure, Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of warranted items. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Any items submitted for manufacturer’s warranty are subject to manufacturer’s approval for repair or replacement. Please note that if an item is tested and found not to be defective, the customer will be charged $4.95 to re-ship the item back to them. No warranties apply to defects caused by customer’s abuse, mishandling, or negligence. Customers must contact Harley Charley’s Psycho Customs and must agree to trouble-shoot any potential problems prior to returning items for warranty. Warranties are applicable to the original purchaser only.

LED DISCLAIMER Harley Charley’s Psycho Customs shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Harley Charley’s Psycho Customs liability is limited to replacement of defective items. Lighting products are not Department of Transportation (DOT) approved and are being sold for “show use” only. Customers are solely responsible for determining the legality of lighting products in their own states or any states they visit.
